I have been the Tenant Coordinator for Westfarms Mall in Hartford, Connecticut for 4 years and in this time I have worked on multiple projects with Ni Design. As part of the Landlord’s store planning team, I often have to complete work in order to make spaces leasable and attractive to incoming tenants. We are very particular with how these projects are delivered and rely heavily on our contracted team, especially our architect, to problem solve and provide necessary details to ensure a smooth build-out. Ni Design has always been my go-to architects for our Westfarms Mall projects as they understand our standards, are extremely responsive and provide creative solutions to unique and complex projects. The mall projects range from large redemised spaces to common area kiosks.
Our Landlord projects move very quickly and timing is everything when it comes to delivering spaces to our tenants. Getting the details right early on and being able to respond and adapt to changes in the middle of projects is critical. I have gone to Ni Design time and time again because I know they can deliver exactly what we need and have always been great partners.
